IJAL – SCOPUS INDEXED AND NATIONALLY ACCREDITED JOURNAL
Indonesian Journal of Applied Linguistics (p-lSSN: 2301-9468 and e-lSSN: 2502-6747) is a journal of first, second, and foreign applied linguistics which is published by The Language Center of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. This journal has been indexed in Scopus and DOAJ since 2014.
Since volume 7, the journal was published three times a year in January, May, and September. It accepts mainly research-based articles related to applied linguistics. The language studied can be any language such as but not limited to English, Indonesian, German, French, Arabic, vernaculars, etc. However, the language to convey those ideas should be English.
The aim of this journal is to promote a principled approach to research on language and language-related concerns by encouraging enquiry into relationship between theoretical and practical studies. The journal welcomes contributions in such areas of current analysis in:
• first, second, and foreign language teaching and learning;
• language in education;
• language planning, language testing;
• curriculum design and development;
• multilingualism and multilingual education;
• discourse analysis;
• translation;
• clinical linguistics;
• literature and teaching;
• forensic linguistics; and,
• others topic related to applied linguistics.
